That said, in my experience as a Real Estate Professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

Born and raised in Wahiawa, Lorraine is the youngest of four girls. Her father, Henry Mondo, who worked for many years in construction and then became a small business owner, taught her to treat people with respect when doing business with them and to always have a positive outlook on life. Her mother, Misako, was born and raised in Japan then moved to the United States shortly after World War II. From her, Lorraine learned the importance of adapting to a very different culture and ultimately, making it your own.
Real Estate is an ever-changing business, and a Real Estate Professional must have discipline and perseverance, along with the adaptability and flexibility to change with the market. Lorraine’s upbringing has given her these necessary qualities. Possessing a strong moral conscience, combined with hard work and tenacity (you try sharing a bathroom with three older sisters!), Lorraine will provide you with the results you deserve from your Realtor.
Lorraine strongly believes that continuing education is an essential element in maintaining her high standards of service and has obtained her Brokers License, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), e-PRO and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designations. She also prides herself in keeping up with the latest technology and effectively utilizing it to help her clients realize their real estate goals.
